At AOOUCH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality shirts and personalized experiences. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Customized Products
Customized shirts (with names, logos, sizes, or any personalized designs) are made to order and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or different from your submitted specifications.

Exceptions for Custom Orders:

• Incorrect spelling or design error caused by AOOUCH

• Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered)

• Product arrives damaged or defective

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

2. Ready-Made Products
For our in-house designed, ready-made shirts (non-customized), you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it meets the following conditions:

• Item is unused and unwashed

• Original packaging and tags are intact

• No stains, perfume, or signs of wear

Shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our side.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Your order number

• Reason for return or refund

• Clear pictures of the item (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

4. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method or in the form of store credit, based on your preference. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size or design (non-custom items only), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ll guide you through the process. Note that exchanges depend on stock availability.

6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
