1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide within Pakistan via reliable courier partners such as TCS, Leopard Courier, and M&P.
International shipping is currently not available.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 200 flat rate nationwide

• Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 3,000

• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed and dispatched.

3. Processing Time

• Customized Shirts: 4–6 business days for production

• Ready-Made Shirts: 1–2 business days for order handling
  Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

4. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• 2–4 business days for major cities

• 3–6 business days for remote or rural areas

Please note, delivery may take longer during Eid, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your shipment status on the courier’s website.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.

• Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned.

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery once.

If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
